Tegan & Chris’s Byron Bay Wedding

A day off for me to relax as a guest at a good friend’s wedding… of course a camera was still in one hand! Here is a little of what I managed to snap on the day from the back row.

Tegan and Chris tied the knot in the gorgeous hinterland of Byron Bay. Surrounded by tall, green trees, beautiful spirits and a bucket load of good vibes; the two lovebirds locked lips and were pronounced Mr and Mrs Miller. Tegan’s boho, lace dress from Spell Designs wowed everyone! A beautiful Teepee overlooking the lush hinterland and flowing river saw to the after party, where good tunes were in ample. There was plenty of laughter, catch-ups from interstate friends and family and the good thing was there was no one surrounding us for miles. As the night slowed down at the end, the groom got out his guitar and serenaded his new wife just as he did for his proposal.

Sarah and Sam… What a match made in heaven. Two very laid back, relaxed people who truly love each other and their lives together. Their wedding day was full of giggles, laughter, a few tears and a hell of a lot of fun had by all. Their family and friends watched as they spoke their soulful vows overlooking the beautiful turquoise water of Port Elliot beach and there was not one dry eye in sight. Surrounded by their loved ones and the fun-filled bridal party, the celebrations continued at the beautiful Currency Creek Winery. Safe to say these guys will live #happilyexcellafter

Maya & Kalani

During a recent visit to Northern NSW, I was lucky enough to meet these gorgeous kidlets and take some photos at Cabarita Beach. With Maya & Kalani wearing very cute outfits and both having the cutest little giggles, the quest to capture some natural smiles was on. Endless greenery, mangrove type trees, beautiful flowers, palm trees plus a super fun playground… I think we were all in heaven. This brother and sister duo are truly blessed and their happiness shines through their gorgeous smiles. Such a fun little shoot!

Jessica & Craig’s Adelaide Hills Wedding

As the bride and groom got ready for their big day, the tough decision was made to move the ceremony location under cover. With a vintage styled beautiful shed being set up at Barristers Block Winery, the focus was soon back on the happy couple. Everyone admired the bride and groom who embraced the rain and even allowed me to get a few shots without umbrellas. The boys were all laughter when they revealed their football long socks under their pants. Jessica shared this day with 4 best girlfriends from high school all sharing a beautiful bond, who else would you want next to you on your wedding day?! The party really got going when the Happy Leonards started playing and was sure to get everyone on the D-floor.

Bryony Family

This family photo session was bought very generously as a birthday gift from Bryony’s best friend. It was a beautiful afternoon for photos down at Old Noarlunga by the riverfront. Tickles and giggles were sure to be the theme of this shoot, with gorgeous Charlotte helping me get some cute smiles out of her little brother Rueben. A few ducks even decided to poke their heads in to check on the action. Little Rueben (2 years old) was so well behaved, although with those gorgeous bright blue eyes, I think he could get away with anything.
